Iowa man receives consecutive life sentences for killing 10-year-old Breasia Terrell
Henry Earl Dinkins, a registered sex offender, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for the murder and kidnapping of 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in Iowa. Dinkins was found guilty of first-degree murder and kidnapping in the case, which sparked extensive searches and involved multiple law enforcement agencies. Terrell's body was discovered in a rural area north of Davenport in March 2021. Dinkins, who is the father of Terrell's half-brother, received two consecutive life sentences for the charges.
