Charges Filed in Mitchell Baseball Incident: Coach and Board Member Accused
Two men, Luke Norden and Brent Borgan, have been charged for failing to report crimes in connection to the Mitchell baseball incident. Norden, the head coach of the Mitchell Legion baseball team, faces two counts of Failure to Report Abuse or Neglect of a Child and two counts of Misprison of a Felony, while Borgan has been charged with one count of Failure to Report Abuse or Neglect of a Child. The charges come after six players from the team were charged with rape.
