Teenager Fatally Shot Near Fresno Buddhist Temple During Cambodian New Year Festival.
A 16-year-old student at Sunnyside High School, Nolyn Chann, was shot and killed near the Fresno Cambodian Buddhist Society's New Year Festival. The shooting was not random, and officials believe the people involved knew each other. Multiple people were involved and fled the scene.
