Toyota recalls 508k Camry Hybrids over blank instrument cluster risk
Toyota is recalling 508,354 model year 2025–2026 Camry Hybrids built between Aug. 15, 2024 and June 9 due to a software fault in the 7-inch instrument cluster that can cause the startup display to go blank, potentially disabling turn signals, hazard lights and warning buzzers and raising crash risk. The fix is a free software update at Toyota dealers. Owners will be notified by Sept. 21, and some vehicles in the range were not sold in the United States.
