A 72-year-old woman, Penny Kay Clark, was rescued after her wrecked car was found halfway down a canyon in rural southern Canyon County, Idaho, four days after she went missing. Good Samaritans discovered the crushed car and called for help. Search and rescue teams reached Clark, who was conscious and alert, and carried her on foot to an ambulance for evaluation. Medics believe she had been in the wild for several days. The sheriff called her rescue "truly a miracle."
