Missouri Storms Leave Thousands Without Power as Crews Rush to Restore Service
Wednesday evening storms knocked out power for thousands in southeast Missouri; Ameren Missouri had restored about 19,000 customers by Thursday morning with 600 crews on site and more en route, while current outages included 1,259 in Cape Girardeau County, 125 in St. Francois, 1 in Stoddard, and small counts in Cape Girardeau and Perry counties.
