Tanglewood Mall in Roanoke, Virginia, is set for a major expansion under new ownership, with Hackney Real Estate Partners leading the redevelopment. Carilion is opening a mental health facility in 2023, while a Chili's restaurant will open in late April or early May 2023, and a Popeye's restaurant is under construction. A Sketchers shoe store will also open this spring.
