Sánchez says no proof Morocco orchestrated Ceuta breach amid disinformation surge
Spain’s PM Pedro Sánchez says there’s no evidence Moroccan authorities orchestrated the Ceuta border breach and accuses Israel and Russia of spreading disinformation; the July crisis left up to 141 dead, drew about 70,000 migrants, and left around 5,000 still in Ceuta (including 1,200 minors), prompting calls for greater cooperation and a plan to boost reception capacity.
