Microsoft's Redesigned Teams App Now Available for Windows and Mac
Microsoft has released a new and improved version of its Microsoft Teams chat client for Windows and Mac. The redesigned app is faster, uses less memory, and takes up less disk space. These improvements are a result of Microsoft moving away from Electron foundations and adopting Microsoft's Edge WebView2 technology. The new Teams client also includes added features and enhancements for Mac users. Microsoft plans to make the new client the default app for enterprise users in December.
