Dolly Parton’s Final Wish: Only Her Makeup Artist Allowed at Deathbed
Dolly Parton requested that only her longtime makeup artist, Cheryl Riddle, be present at her deathbed to ensure she was not seen in a fragile state. Her nephew, Bryan Seaver, visited the day before her passing to record a speech announcing her death. Parton died on August 25 at age 80 after a secret cancer battle and was buried beside her late husband, Carl Dean.
