Vienna Beef to Open New HQ and Restaurant in Bucktown Factory
Vienna Beef is set to launch a $20 million plaza in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, featuring a new restaurant, corporate headquarters, retail stores, and an outdoor gathering space. The redeveloped space is set to open in spring 2024 and will include a big-box store, other retail shops, and more than 200 parking spaces. The new restaurant will be more upscale than a cafeteria, with fast-casual counter service. The menu will feature classic Chicago-style Vienna Beef items. Approximately 50 employees are scheduled to move from current offices in Fulton Market and Bridgeport to Vienna Beef Plaza at the end of this year.
