Traffic Stop in Burbank Leads to Narcotics Arrests of DeBarge Brothers
In Burbank, police stopped a license-plate-less Chevy Tahoe towing a Nissan SUV around 1:30 a.m.; narcotics were found and brothers James DeBarge, 63, and Jonathan Chico DeBarge were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, with Chico also booked on an outstanding warrant; both vehicles were towed and neither man wore a seatbelt.
