Ehab Ayyad, a Christian man from Gaza, offers dates and water to Muslims stuck in traffic or running late to break their fast during Ramadan. Ayyad began by offering his neighbours dates and water five years ago and decided to make the offer general. He sees it as a way of sharing and promoting unity between Christians and Muslims in Gaza.
