Teen charged in Delaware mall shooting, 2 suspects still at large.
A 17-year-old suspect has been charged with facilitating a riot, second-degree conspiracy, and offensive touching in connection with a shooting at the Christiana Mall in Delaware earlier this month that left two teenagers wounded. The suspect turned himself in to authorities, but two other male suspects are still being sought. The shooting occurred after the suspects confronted an 18-year-old male, and during the ensuing fight, one suspect pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds, striking the first victim and his 16-year-old friend three times in their torsos and lower body before fleeing the mall.
