Philly Jogger Target in Chucky-Style Mask; Police Seek Clues
Philadelphia police are seeking a 16- to 20-year-old man who wore a white baby-doll Halloween mask with black hair and a blue plaid backpack while chasing a 40-year-old jogger near City Hall early Wednesday, holding a phone to her and asking, 'Are you ready to die?' The incident left the jogger injured and the suspect was last seen fleeing into SEPTA’s Suburban Station; investigators released video and photos and urged the public to contact authorities if they recognize him.
