Alaska runner hospitalized after using bear spray to fend off brown bear on Anchorage trail
A woman was hospitalized after a brown bear attacked her on the Wolverine Bowl trail in Anchorage, Alaska. She used bear spray to deter the animal and reached the trailhead before being transported to a hospital.
