Mercedes‑AMG unveils the CLE 646 Spezialanfertigung, a 30‑unit Mythos Series track‑focused, rear‑drive V8 built from a CLE53 base but with a unique shell and extreme aero. It pairs a 4.0L twin‑turbo V8 (637 hp, 627 lb‑ft, 48V assist for +23 hp/151 lb‑ft) with a 9‑speed auto, weighing 4,178 lb thanks to carbon fiber, polycarbonate windows and a stripped interior; 0–62 mph in 3.9 seconds, 124 mph in 11.4 seconds, top speed 193 mph, and over 550 lb of downforce with adjustable aero. Only 30 units exist, all already sold, with pricing not disclosed but expected to exceed $500k; AMG also hints at a more normal CLE63 later and an upcoming AMG GT Black Series.
