Houston Police Arrest Two Teens for Robberies on Bike Trail.
Two 17-year-olds, Deion Christian and Willie Carroll, have been arrested in connection with a series of robberies along the Columbia Bike Trail in Houston. At least five people have been robbed since last month. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner has urged young people not to engage in criminal activities that could jeopardize their future. Additional patrols will be in the area, and residents are encouraged to carry pepper spray or a whistle for safety.
