US General Petraeus: Ukraine's Counteroffensive Will Make Gains
General David Petraeus, former director of the CIA, believes that the Ukrainian army's counteroffensive will be impressive and will culminate in the first three to four days. He stated that the Ukrainians are "determined to liberate their country" and will successfully carry out combined arms operations. While he doesn't see the liberation of Crimea happening in this counteroffensive, he believes that if Ukraine can begin to isolate Crimea, it will change the dynamics substantially.
