Larian Studios has released a hotfix for Baldur's Gate 3, addressing the "Pinocchio issue" where characters' faces turned into stretched eldritch horrors. The patch also improves stability, fixes crash scenarios and performance dips, and resolves issues with modding. Additionally, companions can now jump on their own, eliminating the need to switch between party members. The hotfix also resolves a problem with large savegames caused by lava bubbles.
