Hunter Biden Files Lawsuit Against Rudy Giuliani for Laptop Hacking
Hunter Biden has filed a lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani's former lawyer, Bob Costello, alleging that they misused his personal computer data. The lawsuit claims that the defendants violated the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act by looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and obsessing over the data they obtained. While Biden does not admit that the laptop in question was his, he acknowledges that some of the data belongs to him and alleges that it was manipulated and damaged before being sent to Giuliani and Costello. This lawsuit follows Biden's recent legal action against the IRS and comes after his federal indictment on gun charges.
