Lance Reddick's Cause of Death Raises Questions About Lifestyle and Health.
Lance Reddick's attorney, James Hornstein, is contesting the official cause of death of the actor, who died of ischemic heart disease in March. Hornstein claims that the cause of death is inconsistent with Reddick's healthy lifestyle, as he exercised daily and ate healthily. The death certificate listed atherosclerotic coronary artery disease in addition to ischemic heart disease, but Hornstein says that no autopsy was performed on Reddick and no medical examination during his lifetime indicated such conditions. Reddick is survived by his wife and two children.
