Police Standoff Causes I-80 Closure in Richmond
A suspect being pursued by the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department barricaded themselves in their vehicle on Interstate 80, causing a full closure of all lanes as law enforcement responded. CHP assisted with road closures and the suspect was detained. All lanes have since reopened, but drivers should expect delays.
