Connective Tissue Graft with Coronally Advanced Flap Restores Root Coverage in Post-Orthodontic Gingival Recession: A Case Report
Case report of a 29-year-old with multiple mandibular gingival recessions after orthodontic treatment. CBCT revealed thin facial bone and dehiscence; treated with an autogenous subepithelial connective tissue graft plus a coronally advanced flap. Six-month follow-up showed substantial root coverage and increased gingival thickness with good esthetics, supporting this combination as a predictable option in selected patients, though longer-term data are needed.
