Diablo 4's first season, Season of the Malignant, will begin on July 20th, featuring new corrupted enemies called Malignant Monsters. Players will embark on a questline to capture their hearts and convert them into build-altering powers. The season will introduce 32 Malignant Hearts across four categories, offering unique bonuses. Additionally, players can explore Malignant Tunnels to find the catalyst of corruption and face the new boss, Varshan the Consumed. The season will also bring new gear, including six Unique items and seven Legendary aspects.
