Michigan man arrested after carjacking attempt and police chase on I-75.
A 27-year-old man attempted to carjack a CPL holder at a gas station in Waters, Michigan, but fled and stole an unlocked truck when the CPL holder displayed his gun. Police pursued the stolen vehicle until a PIT maneuver was performed, disabling the truck and leading to the suspect's arrest. He is expected to be charged with attempted carjacking, unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle, and fleeing and eluding.
