Arrests Made in Fatal Colorado Rock-Throwing Incidents.
Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the death of Alexa Bartell, who was killed when a rock was thrown through her windshield as she was driving in Colorado. The suspects are all 18 years old and are facing charges of First Degree Murder, Extreme Indifference. The investigation involved multiple law enforcement agencies and mobile device forensics. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is not seeking additional tips at this time.
