Second Suspect Surrenders in NYC Crypto Kidnapping and Torture Case
William Duplessie surrendered to police in connection with the kidnapping and torture of an Italian man in NYC, linked to crypto entrepreneur John Woeltz who allegedly tortured the victim for refusing to give his bitcoin password. The victim escaped and police found evidence of torture and a gun at Woeltz's apartment.
