Idaho In-N-Out shooting claims third victim as wife fights for recovery
A mass shooting at the Idaho In-N-Out in Twin Falls on August 1, 2026 left three people dead and several injured. Dale Schultz, 66, died from gunshot wounds; his wife Reinette Schultz was severely wounded and has undergone multiple surgeries with a long road to recovery. Ashley Garibay and Christopher Claunch were also killed. The gunman, Chad Williams Jr., died by a self-inflicted gunshot after two armed good Samaritans returned fire. Authorities called it a mass shooting, and a GoFundMe was set up to cover medical and funeral costs while a vigil was held for the victims.
