Wild police pursuit through Pico-Union ends in multiple arrests.
A pursuit of a stolen black car through the Pico-Union area ended in the arrest of at least two people. Three passengers exited the car and were later taken into custody. The driver was believed to be armed and dangerous and continued driving despite at least two flat tires. The pursuit ended when sparks began to fly off the vehicle and it was finally stopped at Alvarado Street and Olympic Boulevard.
