Switchback VR, a new on-rails shooter game set in the Dark Pictures universe, is a terrifying experience that can cause genuine fear and high heart rates. The game features a rollercoaster-style setup that takes players through various themed zones, with a variety of horrid enemies attacking from all angles. While the overall presentation is under par, the immersion and tension are superb. Switchback VR is not for the faint of heart and is the most scared the reviewer has ever been playing a horror game.
