Rutgers Dean of Research Arrested Over Alleged On-Campus Upskirt Videos
A Rutgers University dean of research at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, 51-year-old Josh Kohut, was arrested for invasion of privacy after allegedly recording upskirt videos with his phone on the New Brunswick campus; he has been placed on administrative leave and banned from campus pending investigation.
