Georgia man accused of carjacking and crashing utility truck at Philly playground
An 18-year-old Georgia man, Robert Littlepage, is accused of attempting to carjack a woman, stealing a running utility truck, crashing into a parked vehicle and then overturning the truck on the playground of S. Weir Mitchell Elementary School in Philadelphia’s Kingsessing neighborhood before being captured. No bystanders were seriously injured. Littlepage was arrested and faces charges including attempted carjacking, aggravated assault and reckless driving. He also has an open Delaware County burglary case from April, with a bench warrant for not appearing at a preliminary hearing.
