Yasin Malik's Surprise Appearance Shocks Supreme Court
The Department of Delhi Prisons has suspended four officials, including a deputy superintendent, after jailed JKLF chief Yasin Malik appeared in the Supreme Court without permission. Malik, who is serving a life sentence in Tihar jail, was brought to the court premises in a prison van escorted by armed security personnel. The Prisons Department has initiated a detailed inquiry to identify any other officials responsible for the security breach.
