Dementium: The Ward, a survival horror game originally released on the DS, has received a free HD update on the Nintendo Switch. Players can now enjoy the game in crisp 1080P resolution in docked mode and 720P in handheld mode, with the option to switch to a HI-RES CRT mode. The update also includes silky smooth 60FPS gameplay.
