Kremlin Claims Victory in Demilitarizing Ukraine
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin will be able to find a way to explain the loss of Crimea and other Russian-occupied parts of Ukraine to Russian citizens, following Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov's claim that Ukraine has been "demilitarised". Kuleba stressed that Ukraine's partners should not be afraid of global changes and should continue to support Ukraine.
