Cloudflare Absorbs Deno Team, Ending Independent Runtime Development
Cloudflare has acquired the entire engineering team of Deno, the creator of the popular JavaScript runtime. The integration consolidates serverless JavaScript tooling under Cloudflare’s Workers ecosystem and introduces a new platform called 'celld' for distributed applications.
