Browns bolster roster with RB signing and promotions, Colts suffer uniform mishap
The Cleveland Browns have signed running back Deon Jackson to the active roster from the practice squad, while also elevating linebacker Charlie Thomas III and quarterback P.J. Walker. Jackson, a former undrafted free agent, has appeared in 27 career games with the Indianapolis Colts. Thomas, a rookie out of Georgia Tech, has spent the entire season on the Browns' practice squad, and Walker, a fourth-year player, has previous experience with the Indianapolis Colts and Carolina Panthers.
