Four Arrested After 16 Children Rescued from Dire Conditions in Rural Ohio
Authorities in rural southern Ohio arrested four adults on second-degree felony child endangerment after discovering 16 children aged 1.5 to 18 in deplorable, some severely injured conditions; two were flown to level-one trauma centers.
