A modder named Weezley has recreated the notoriously tedious game Desert Bus within the Sonic Frontiers game, allowing players to take an action-packed 580 km journey from Tucson, Arizona to Las Vegas with Sonic the Hedgehog. The mod retains the original game's features, such as a slight right tilt and the consequence of going off the road, but also introduces modern conveniences like checkpoints and Sonic's speed boost capability, shortening the journey from eight hours to three.
