Max Hartley, a 19-year-old from Avon, Ohio, is facing criminal charges in Florida for allegedly attacking Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen outside a hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Hartley knocked Allen to the ground, causing injury, and also allegedly attacked a woman who tried to help Allen. He faces charges of battery, criminal mischief, and abusing a disabled adult. Allen confirmed that he is pressing charges, and it is unknown if drugs or alcohol played a role in Hartley's conduct.
