Nintendo Pursues Discord for Identity of Zelda Art Book Leaker
Nintendo of America has filed for a DMCA subpoena in a California district court to reveal the identity of the person who leaked The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's art book on Discord in February. The subpoena requires Discord to disclose the details of the infringer. Nintendo initially sent a DMCA notice on 21st February, and after multiple users continued to share images from the leaked art book, it issued a DMCA subpoena to gain the user's identity.
