In-N-Out Burger Implements Mask Policy Requiring Doctor's Note
In-N-Out Burger will require employees at its locations in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Utah to obtain a doctor's note in order to wear masks starting from August 14. The company leaked internal emails indicate that employees who choose to wear masks will be provided with N-95 masks by the company. In California and Oregon, where mask bans are prohibited, employees will be allowed to wear masks but must use the N-95 masks provided by In-N-Out. In 2021, In-N-Out temporarily closed its San Francisco location for refusing to comply with the city's vaccine card requirement.
