Two Teens Fatally Shot in Florida While Spreading Dog’s Ashes
Dustin Rose, 19, a Citadel student who had recently joined the South Carolina Army National Guard, and his friend Samson Campbell, 18, were found shot multiple times in a vacant DeLand, Florida lot while Campbell’s dog Hinata’s ashes were being spread.
