San Francisco police arrested 32 adults and cited over 80 juveniles after shutting down the annual "Dolores Hill Bomb" event near Dolores Park. The confrontation between police and skateboarders resulted in the throwing of fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, and metal cans. A police sergeant was assaulted and suffered lacerations to his face. The crowd continued to ignite fireworks, causing fires in the park. Gunshots were reported near an occupied SF Muni light rail vehicle, and multiple vehicles were vandalized. Police conducted a mass arrest, seizing firearms, unignited fireworks, and narcotics paraphernalia. A total of 32 adults were arrested, while 81 juveniles were cited and released. The incident is under investigation.
