Texas man arrested after video shows Bayside Hard Rock Cafe server attack
A 47-year-old Texas man, Daniel Ramirez of Lubbock, was arrested at PortMiami after a video-recorded assault on a Bayside Marketplace Hard Rock Cafe server. He allegedly shoved the server, causing her to fall and chip a tooth, then struck her phone and fled. Authorities identified him via Crime Stoppers and he faces felony battery charges, with bond to be set and details ongoing.
