A 47-year-old Texas man, Daniel Ramirez of Lubbock, was arrested at PortMiami after a video-recorded assault on a Bayside Marketplace Hard Rock Cafe server. He allegedly shoved the server, causing her to fall and chip a tooth, then struck her phone and fled.
