Draper, Utah prosecutors declined to file charges against reality TV figure Taylor Frankie Paul or her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen after a domestic-violence investigation; the Salt Lake County District Attorney had also declined to file charges, saying there was insufficient corroborating evidence, with the case referred to child-welfare services since a child was present, and no charges will be pursued unless new information emerges.
