Bruce Edward Bell, a 71-year-old serial bank robber recently released from prison, allegedly committed another heist at a Chase bank in Sun Valley, California, making off with over $60,000. After a high-risk traffic stop, he was taken into custody and arrested on charges related to second-degree robbery and aggravated kidnapping. Bell had previously spent 40 years in federal prisons for robbing four other banks and was released in July 2021 on supervised release.
