IonQ Acquires Elisity for $1.3B to Expand Quantum Cybersecurity
IonQ has agreed to acquire enterprise security startup Elisity for up to $1.3 billion in an all-stock deal. The acquisition strengthens IonQ's cybersecurity portfolio as the company expands beyond core quantum computing into security solutions.
